Order placement
- To place an order, go to "Catalog" section and select the desired items;
- After selecting a product, click on the cart icon to add the chosen item to the shopping list;
- When placing an order, you should enter your contact information;
- After entering the data, check carefully the information entered and click on "Place order" button - you will be automatically redirected to the payment page.
Delivery
Self-pickup option is available from LITTLEDRAMA showroom (Rochdelskaya street, 15, building 16A, from 12PM to 9PM). You should have your order number and full name to receive a purchase.
Courier delivery in Moscow (within MKAD/Moscow Ring Road + 20 km) is carried out within 1-2 business days from Monday to Friday, starting from the next day after placing an order. The date and time interval can be selected at checkout. Free delivery applies for orders over 10K rubles.
Express delivery day-to-day and delivery on the weekend options are negotiated individually. It depends on the time of the order placement and delivery address.
Delivery across Russia and the CIS is carried out by SDEK Transport Company. Orders are delivered during the opening hours of the online store. You can receive your parcel by courier in person from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM, or at the pick-up point in your city. The cost and delivery time depends on the selected type of delivery and delivery address. International shipping is available via EMS courier service. The delivery cost is fixed - 1500 rubles. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and working hours of the receiving post office.
Delivery to PICKPOINT pick-up points
You can receive an online order at pick-up point yourself at any convenient time. When placing an order, select the PickPoint delivery method, proceed with the payment at checkout, we will deliver the order to a convenient pick-up point in your city!
Payment
We work on full prepayment on the website for Russian cities and international shipments.
You can place an order with individual shopping option and we will bring you a complete collection for fitting, which will cost nothing if you make a purchase of 10K rubles (this option is available for Moscow and Moscow region). If for some reason you could not make a choice, the courier service is paid only.
All prices in our online store are indicated in Russian rubles. If the currency of your credit card is different, then upon payment, conversion into rubles is made at the rate of the bank where the card was issued.
Payment rules
We accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide.
To pay for the products by credit card when placing an order in the online store, please select the following payment method: by credit card.
When paying for an order online, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you enter the following credit card details:
- credit card type
- credit card number
- credit card expiration date (indicated on the front of the card)
- name of the cardholder (in Latin letters, exactly as it is indicated on the card)
- CVC2 / CVV2 code
If your credit card is connected to 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the bank page that issued the card to go through the authentication procedure. Please contact the bank where your credit card was issued for any information on the rules and methods of additional identification.
The security of Internet payments processing through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the PCI DSS international security certificate. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. This information is not available to unauthorized individuals.
Tips on the necessary security measures that should be taken while making payments with a credit card:
- take care of your plastic cards the same way you do with cash. Do not leave them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
- never reveal your full credit card number over the phone to any person or company
- always keep the bank’s emergency number at hand (where your card was issued); in case of loss, immediately contact the bank
- enter the credit card details only when making a purchase. Never indicate them for any other reason.
In case your payment fails, send an email or call us - we will help you resolve this issue. After the payment is made, a receipt will be sent to the specified email with confirmation of payment and order.
