Return policy
According to the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55, "Jewelry and other items made of precious metals and (or) precious stones, cut precious stones" (clause 9 as amended by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 19, 2015 N 994) are not subject to return and exchange.
Fiore di Firenze jewelry with precious metals and stones meets the requirements of the industry standard OST 117-3-002-95.
The warranty period for our products has been extended to 1 year from the date of purchase in case of latent defects availability. The warranty expires if the products have obvious physical damage received in the process of careless use.
At the end of the warranty period, you have the opportunity to restore previously purchased products. The cost is negotiated individually.
As an extra service we offer product cleaning. The cost of the procedure is negotiated individually.
According to the law, we will not be able to accept the return of a jewelry item made individually for you (special order or modification) – such cases when the size, color of the coating, engraving, etc. is changed.
Service cancellation
The consumer's right to terminate the service agreement is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"
The client has the right to terminate the service contract at any time by paying the contractor a part of the price in proportion to the part of the service provided before receiving a notice of termination of the specified contract and reimbursing the contractor for the costs incurred by him to fulfill the contract obligations up to this moment, if they are not included in the specified part of the service price;
The client, upon detection of deficiencies in the service provided, has the right, at his choice, to demand the following:
- elimination of deficiencies free of charge;
- price reduction;
- reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the client to eliminate deficiencies on his own or by third parties;
The consumer has the right to make claims related to the defects of the service provided, if they are discovered during the warranty period, and in its absence within a reasonable period of time - two years from the date of acceptance of the service provided;
The Contractor is responsible for the deficiencies of service for which the warranty period has not been established, if the client proves that they arose before the service was accepted or for any other reasons that arose before that moment;
